Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Slim Coffee Booster made through our website https://neckthherb.world/ and is provided in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

1. Right to Return - 14-Day Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of the date on which you received the product, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal under UK and EU consumer law.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • The product is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging. For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened food supplement sachets cannot be returned.
  • The product has not been damaged by the customer.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

We will acknowledge your return request within one working day and provide instructions for sending the product back to us. Please do not send the product back before receiving our instructions.

4. Return Postage

The cost of return postage is borne by the customer unless the product was delivered in error or was damaged/defective on arrival. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receipt. Since payment is made on delivery, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used at the point of delivery or via bank transfer if agreed with our team. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened food supplement sachets or boxes (for hygiene reasons).
  • Products damaged by the customer.
  • Products returned after the 14-day return window without prior authorisation from us.

7. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@neckthherb.world with a description and, where possible, a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
